I am the owner and would like to have it checked whether the area is suitable for the construction of a wind turbine and/or a photovoltaic system. I am interested in a long-term cooperation in the form of a lease agreement, provided that the technical, planning and economic requirements are met. I would like to ask for a non-binding site assessment as well as an assessment of the development potential of the area. If the evaluation is positive, I look forward to contacting you and sending you a concrete offer, including an initial assessment of possible lease conditions and the further process. I will be happy to provide further documents and/or information about the property if required.
