When something is wrong with a listing, the bottom of its page carries Report listing. It opens a short form: a reason, optionally a few sentences, done.
The six reasons

Misleading listing is the catch-all for details that do not hold: a size that does not add up, fittings that are not there, a price with no relation to the one named in conversation.
Wrong location is about the placement itself. Since the public map shows only an approximate circle, this usually surfaces after unlocking, when the exact address turns out to be somewhere else.
Inappropriate content covers images or text that do not belong on a business platform.
Suspected fraud is the urgent one: somebody demanding payment up front, pushing to move off the messaging system, or offering a space they clearly do not control.
Duplicate listing is the same space a second time, often with different photos.
Other is for anything that fits none of the five. The detail field earns its keep here in particular.
What the detail field is worth
It is optional, and it still often decides how quickly a report gets dealt with. A report carrying only a reason forces us to reconstruct the suspicion ourselves.
What helps is what can be checked: which detail specifically does not hold, what was said in conversation, since when you noticed. Two sentences will do.
What happens next
Every report reaches us and gets looked at. If the review finds something, we take the listing down and tell the host the reason so they can fix it. We do not pass on who reported it.
If it finds nothing, the listing stays. A report is a signal, not a verdict, and the host has just as much claim to be heard.
You can report a given space once. That keeps the system free of repeat filings and stops a listing gathering weight it has not earned through sheer repetition.
Reporting, blocking, support
Three routes for three different problems.
Report listing is aimed at a space. The right route when something is wrong with the offer itself.
Report message and Block user are aimed at a person in a conversation. Reporting hands the case to us; blocking ends the contact immediately and is yours alone to decide. Both are covered in Writing messages and answering enquiries.
Support is for everything that is not a rule violation: a question, a misunderstanding, a mistake in your own listing.
When money comes into it
One point that saves reports: Spacement never handles rent and never asks you to pay for a space. Anyone asking in conversation for a deposit, a bond or a fee to have a space "held" for you is operating outside what this platform is for. That is a case for suspected fraud, and before any money moves. What the price on a space means sets out how the model is meant to work.
Часті питання
- Does the host learn that I reported them?
- No. We never pass on who reported. If a report leads to a suspension, the host learns the reason, not the person behind it.
- Can I report the same space more than once?
- No. One report per space per person. If something material changes, write to support.
- Do I have to be signed in?
- Yes. We do not take anonymous reports, because they cannot be traced back if somebody abuses the system.
- Can I report my own space?
- No, the form refuses. If something is wrong with your own listing, edit it or contact support.
- How long does a review take?
- We look at every report. We do not name a fixed deadline, because how much work a review takes varies with the case.
