Spacement is a digital marketplace for commercial spaces in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the Benelux countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). The platform connects space hosts with operators looking for locations for vending machines, pop-up stores, advertising, photovoltaics or energy storage. Spacement is operated by Valeford UG (haftungsbeschränkt) based in Solingen and acts exclusively as an intermediary. Rental agreements are concluded directly between the parties.
For two sides: Hosts are businesses, property owners or facility managers who want to rent out unused spaces. Operators are companies or freelancers looking for locations for vending machines, pop-up stores, advertising or energy projects. Both sides use Spacement to connect directly and digitally.
Listings are free for hosts. Operators pay a one-time signup fee plus a monthly subscription for directory access: addresses, contact details and direct messaging. No commissions, no booking fees, no minimum term. Cancel monthly.
Spacement does not process rent payments. Operators pay their platform subscription via Stripe directly to Spacement. Rent payments are arranged directly between host and operator, off-platform. Spacement has no involvement and no fee on it.
The lease is concluded directly between host and operator. Spacement is not a contracting party and acts neither as landlord nor as tenant. The platform provides the infrastructure for matching and communication.
Spacement supports vending machine locations, pop-up spaces, advertising spaces, roof and open areas for photovoltaics, locations for energy storage, and other commercial spaces. The use type is specified when creating a listing, multiple selection is possible.
