Frequently asked
Spacement doesn't process rental payments. Once you've found a suitable space, you sign the rental contract directly with the host — we provide the introduction, nothing more. There's no commission on signed contracts and no booking or deposit management.
One click in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
You lose access to host addresses, the exact map, and contact details. Existing conversations with hosts remain readable, but you can no longer reply through the app. Rental contracts you've already signed are unaffected.
It covers the manual verification of your profile and filters out non-serious enquiries. Hosts know that every operator reaching out is actually interested.
Yes. Stripe issues a §14-compliant invoice for the signup fee and every monthly payment, available as PDF any time in the customer portal.
